If the circumstances change after receiving the decision to grant the subsidy, these changes may have consequences for your subsidy. For that reason, please report any such changes as soon as possible to the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (RCE).
Examples of changes
- You are unable to start the work within 6 months after the subsidy is granted.
- Your monument is in poorer (technical) condition than anticipated.
- There have been deviations from the plan as submitted.
- The building has passed to a new owner.
- You are unable to complete the work for which you received a subsidy within 2 years.
Reporting a change
You can report the change(s) by sending an email to subsidies@cultureelerfgoed.nl. Your message can be in Dutch or in English. Please also specify the case number in the email. You can find the case number in your subsidy decision.
