After the preservation work is completed, you must provide an accounting to the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (RCE). To that end, you must submit an application for confirming the final costs no later than 22 weeks after the end of the activity period.
Cost confirmation form and performance statement
Send the completed cost confirmation form and a performance statement to subsidies@cultureelerfgoed.nl. The performance statement is to show whether the work for which the subsidy was granted was in fact carried out, and how. As proof, the performance statement should also include a number of photos of the work that was carried out.
The cost confirmation form and a format for the performance statement will be available on the website soon. Use these documents to request cost confirmation.
The Minister will reach a decision regarding your request for cost confirmation within 22 weeks. The National Restoration Fund (NRF) will handle settlement of the advances paid against the subsidy amount that is ultimately confirmed.
Filing an objection
If you disagree with the decision regarding your subsidy application, you can file an objection within 6 weeks. Read more about how to file an objection on the page about what happens after requesting a subsidy.
