NAR 63: North Sea Prehistory Research and Management Framework (NSPRMF) 2019
Many submerged prehistoric landscapes can be found on the bottom of the North Sea. In 2009, a wide framework of research and management methods was established for this area. What research has been conducted a decade later? The results of the past ten years of research have been combined in this publication.
In the past ten years a vast body of work has been carried out. Although the research and management methods of 2009 are still relevant, they have been revisited and edited in the 2019 North Sea Prehistory Research and Management Framework (NSPRMF). This research report calls for closer collaboration among the involved parties and emphasizes the importance of making specific and effective choices. The report is meant as an inspiration and guidance tool for future heritage research of the prehistoric landscapes of the North Sea.
