A European Career in Cultural Heritage

Erfgoed Jong, in cooperation with Jong OCW, Jong RCE and the European Heritage Tribune, organises an interactive meeting called "A European Career in Cultural Heritage" on Wednesday 19 April. The meeting has an international character and will focus on opportunities and obstacles in the European job market for young and/or starting heritage professionals. 

Programme

The meeting is organised in connection with the visit of ten participants of the European Heritage Youth Ambassadors programme. It is an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with these young European heritage professionals about the possibilities of an (international) career in cultural heritage.

The meeting will start with a short welcome on behalf of the organising parties. The participants can then share their ideas and experiences at three different tables, each dedicated to its own theme (Movable heritage and the future; Heritage education and (digital) storytelling; Heritage in conflict). After this exchange, there will be room for discussion and to get to know each other over drinks.

The meeting takes place at the Cultural Heritage Agency in Amersfoort, and will not be streamed online.
