How to analyze intangible heritage features in their urban landscape context? How to assess their future challenges and potentials, and integration in cultural and urban development? This was the focus of an experimental workshop held between November 10 and 15, 2024, in the city of Depok in Indonesia. Depok’s intangible heritage reflects a rich cultural history, diversity, and centuries-old traditions, making it the perfect case study. Indonesian universities Universitas Indonesia, IPB University, and Universitas Trisakti, and the Dutch organizations Heritage hands-on, KIEN, and the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands organized the event. This report focuses on the outcomes of the workshop and lessons learned.
